Did you use the correct cable? Did you try plugging it in somewhere else?
Is the camera dismounted, with the USB cord seated tightly in the bottom of the camera, and with the charging cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? Is the status light white, indicating it's charging?

I’ve tried resetting the unit I’ve plugged it into three different outlets still nothing working it’s not charging at all
