I have moved and tried to swap the cameras over to the new internet. I have removed the cameras and after 2, it will NOT install the other 3. I have tried dozens of times with no avail. Tried creating a new home, wont install there either. I have done a factory reset. I have read the forums with no luck. I have tried from Iphone, android, Ipad...

You could try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in the post below:
Note that Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings for its cameras and doorbells. Their basic process calls for removing the camera or doorbell from the Google Nest app or Google Home app while still on the old Wi-Fi network, doing a factory reset, and then reinstalling the camera or doorbell.
This process can be problematic, especially if a step is missed, so Google Nest's first recommendation when getting a new router/modem is to set the network name (SSID) and password to the same values used on the old router/modem. That's what we've done when getting a new router/modem, and have not had to update any of our Google Nest devices.

I can do a support ticket, but I have done everything in the first paragraph. As for the network, well its too late for that. This issue seems to be a wide problem that google needs to fix!

The fact that Google Nest requires a Google Nest device to be removed and factory reset just to update its Wi-Fi settings has long been a problem. (For some older Google Nest cameras and doorbells, you can go into the Google Nest app and update the Wi-Fi settings.)
If you try the Support link, you should get a phone callback option (as well as chat and email), depending on your locale and the time of day.

Hello Lakecityemt,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community.
I'm sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Nest camera. Let’s check it out.
How did the factory reset go? Did the status light of the camera turn to pulsing blue after the reset? If it didn't, please try the steps below:
Here’s a handy guide to help you install or mount the Nest Cam (battery).
Let me know how it goes.
I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.
Best,
Lance
