Hi,
Newbie here. When charging my doorbell it flashes slowly a blue/Green colour. Is that charged or not? It’s been on charge for days.
I’ve mounted it and it’s not working and I can’t work out where to view if it’s recording or not, Nest App or Google Home App.

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. If your camera light is green it should be charged. The blue light/symbol shows it is plugged in and not running off battery. If you are running into difficulties with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you check out this article going over charging practices, and other helpful information.
