My Google battery doorbell is 1 year and 1 month old, which means it is out of warranty. For 2 to 3 weeks, the charging feature has failed. It charges to 45%-47%, and then stops, and never gets any higher no matter how long I leave it on the charger. Have tried multiple chargers and multiple cables, same result. Google tells me "sorry, nothing we can do, out of warranty."
This is totally unacceptable.
I bought this device using my AMEX card, My next call will be to American Express, see if I can get a charge back, report Google for some kind of fraud.

Hi @dlrowell
Did you try factory resetting the Nest Doorbell to see if that helps with the charging issue?

Hi dlrowell,
Checking in — have you tried to factory reset your doorbell as suggested by RXShorty? If so, how did it go? Let me know if you need more help.
I appreciate your help, RXShorty.
Thanks,
