Hello, I purchased my google battery about 4 months ago and for the first 3 months it held its charge well but it now only holds a charge for about a week. I'm located in Sydney and while it is winter the temperature at night falls to about 4-5 Celsius...which is within the operating range.
I would like to return it for a replacement, but when I try filling out the warranty form it says it no longer exists.
Can you please guide me on how to fix this issue.

You could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
