Best doorbell knocked off now won’t record events/activity

Doorbell was accidentally knocked off and fell to ground. Now not recording any motion, activity, events or anything other than when someone pressed the doorbell. This is obviously problematic.  I did a restart and factory reset and still nothing! Any advice is appreciated!

• Are you using the Google Home app or Nest app?
• What steps did you take to factory reset the doorbell?
• Are there any Activity Zones set up for the doorbell?
