Between events recording not there...

Sooo, I upgraded my nest aware subscription after I missed the renewal date, by an hour. Now my outdoor cameras show nothing between events? It always showed the gray line between events, I could listen it watch what was before, after or between the events. How do I fix it?

   Also ... Half the time I can't get the recording to okay, I have to down load the clip and watch it that way.

So, did you upgrade from a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription to a 2nd gen Nest Aware subscription (which provides 30 days of event video history) or to a 2nd gen Nest Aware Plus subscription (which provides 10 days of 24/7 video history and 60 days of event history?

I don't know why you are having trouble viewing event history.
