We bought our home with Nest thermostat and doorbell. I've not been able to connect to the doorbell. The light is green. I've factory reset it but the light stays green. It's never blue. How can I get connected?

If the status light is still green, then the factory reset has not occurred. Sometimes it's a challenge to complete a factory reset. Did you follow the factory reset instructions? Did the steps they document occur?
