Broken Doorbell camera

kushalpanse

Hello, my doorbell camera fell off when a delivery person pressed the button. It was installed properly but somehow became loose over a period of time. Now the camera lens is broken but the system is still working fine. Can I get a replacement? If not, what should I do?

Other customers have also reported problems with the new battery doorbell just falling off of its mount.

You can start with this link to contact Google Nest Support for a replacement under the 1-year warranty. A Google Nest Community Specialist may also post a link to a "form" that will also help get the doorbell replaced.

Thanks Jeff. I was able to speak with the Nest Support Team and they have helped me out. No additional support is required now.
