My Nest Doorbell fell off its mount by itself, without anyone touching it or having any issues with the mount before, and the camera broke. We bought it only 3 months ago. If anyone has information to solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

I too had the same problem, the mount is not that great. Please advise us on what to do Google.
Mine fell off also.
