Camera Feed Not Avaliable

Hello, I've had the nest cameras for a few years now and everything was working fine until around mid last year. All the cameras used to be showing up on all my test Hubs and Hub Max's until mid last year, where for some reason after a few minutes on any of the devices it says "Camera feed is not available" 

I have decent internet at 500 mbps up and down so doubt that is the issue. I have reset all of the cameras however this still doesn't seem to help either. 

Any advice? Thank You

We now get that too, but only occasionally, and when we do, we are immediately able to reselect the camera or doorbell and resume streaming. Maybe it's a combination of Google Nest server issues and local Wi-Fi issues.

Hey there,


Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
