My google nest camera has deleted all of the video history. This has only happened on one of the two cameras. I have a paid subscription so none of my video footage should be deleted. This has never happened before and i have had the cameras for around 5 months.

Besides doing factory reset, there are only 3 ways I know of to delete video history. The first two are described in the topic below. In addition, if you turn off "Video recording" for your camera in the Google Nest app, it deletes all of the camera's history. I wouldn't be surprised if selecting "No video history" under Settings | Video | Video history in the Google Home app would also delete all video history, though this is not documented.
