Camera connection

I have 3 cameras, a doorbell and thermostat all hooked up to my house. I lost power a couple weeks ago and everything reconnected except one camera when the power came back on. I removed the camera from my account and tried scanning the QR code to reinstall. Did this 4-5 times and nothing. I have another camera 6” away from the bad camera and that one works fine. I’ve tried a number of things to reconnect wit no luck. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry to know that one of your Nest Cameras stopped working after your power went out. Thanks for trying. 

 

A few questions: 

 

  • May I know what type of camera you're referring to?
  • What's the status light of your camera in question?
  • Have you tried plugging it into another wall outlet?
  • Have you checked another power cord?
  • Does the USB cable fit snugly into the port on the adapter?
  • Does it feel loose or fall out?
