Hi
i installed my camera last night and it was working. This morning it says it i offline . Support says it is possibly powered off. It is not. It is plugged in. And my wifif isxworking. What can i do?

Hold down the reset button on the camera for 5 seconds and see if it reconnects. After that check the wifi on both bands and make sure it's strong enough to run your camera in that location. If it keeps going offline and the wifi is good I have no idea what to do. I have 10 cameras and at any given moment one is unavailable on gig fiber and nest wifi

This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
