Camera outdoors

I want to set up n’est aware from my outdoor cams. I used to get theorigional n’est aware on subscription but this vanished a while back. I belive you now have to migrate to a Google account to get it. How do you go about this

I'm just another Google Nest customer, and don't know why your subscription should have "vanished" other than for non-payment).

If you have NOT migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account and have had a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, you should be able to check your subscription here:

http://store.nest.com/account/subscriptions

If you have already migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account, when you try to visit the above site, you will be automatically transferred to the Subscription Management page for 2nd gen Nest Aware subscriptions (available since 2019):

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

(We migrated our Nest Account to a Google Account in 2020, and switched to a 2nd gen Nest Aware subscription then because it was cheaper.

Note the following: "As of July 13, 2023, Google will no longer sell new subscriptions of 1st gen Nest Aware. Any 1st gen subscriptions that you currently have will continue to renew" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9233159).

My last video clip was 2022 is there a means of tel/ emailing them ?

I am sorry to hear that your original Nest aware subscription vanished a while back. I would like to know if you were able to migrate from Nest to a Google account or contact our Google support team for help.
