I have had my cameras for a week and now get a message stating they are all offline even though they are all charged. What could be the problem?

The possible solution is to check the Wi-Fi connection and ensure that the cameras are properly connected to the network.

We have the same problem, after WiFi was out after a power outage. I missed the return window for Best Buy by 4 days. We tried every suggestion available with no improvement. Hope you get a reply.

Mine have been playing up for over a year. My wifi signal is strong and solid and it still happens for no rhyme or reason.. Wifi signal is definitely the main issue but if your signal is good im unsure but sometimes i can get them to connect by plugging the charge cable in for 15 to 30 minutes it sort of wakes them up "sometimes".
At the moment i haven't been able to use my cameras for over 3 weeks because the home app is faulty i just wish i bought a different brand.

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on. A few questions: what Nest camera are we working on? How far is your Nest Camera from your Wifi router? Were there any changes made to your Nest Camera placement and settings?
Try these steps and let me know the result:

Juni

Google Nest camera is intermittent when located approx 200' from router. I have completed all the steps referenced above and the camera will not detect all vehicles, animals, or people. If the camera can't work so far from the router, please disclose to purchasers who live in rural areas and need to depend on a working camera. If internet goes go down, I have to completely reset the camera.

Dont expect google to tell you how pathetically bad their cameras really are. They'll blame everything except their faulty and badly engineered products

I have strong WiFi but occasionally it goes out. My Google Nest must be completely reset. The reason I bought this camera was for security purposes and it misses so many cars, animals, and people, complete waste of money. Google Nest Camera is located 200' from router.
