Camera will not "Connect to Joining Devise"

I need help.  I created a new google account just for the camera's.  I "reset" the camera's.  I reinstalled the Home App.  Both cameras are fully charged - yet - I can't connect. get message "Will not connect to joining devise". can someone help before I return these to Amazon?

Perhaps you should try contacting Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) to walk through what's happening in your case. Your post raises lots of questions and complicatoins that might be hard to resolve in this forum, like: Why did you create a new Google Account just for the cameras? Why did you do a factory reset of your camera? Do you have other Google Nest devices? Are you getting the "Will not connect to joining device" error in an empty Google Nest "home/structure" on your new Google Account?
