I moved at the end of October, and have been billed every month for $6 for my nest camera. I can’t seem to be able to cancel my subscription.
it was bought and installed by my DISH person.
I can’t find how to talk to a live customer service representative

Hello,  Maybe try opening a support ticket and speak with a Google Tech on the phone about this.  Here is the link to open the ticket and be able to speak with someone on the phone.  I believe they are there 24/7

Hi everyone,

@slittlef thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. Follow this link to cancel your Nest Aware subscription.

Try doing these steps:

  • Open the Google Store website.
  • Sign in to your account.
  • On the Subscriptions page, choose the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  • Under “Payment”, click Cancel subscription.
  • To complete cancellation and find an estimate of what you’ll be charged, follow the cancellation steps.

Looking forward to your response.

I appreciate the help, EmptyNester.

Best,

Emerson

Hello slittlef,

I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. How's it going with your Nest Camera? Were you able to read the information and check the link I shared above? In case you have an update, you know where to find us.

Thanks,

Emerson

Hi slittlef,

Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let us know.

Regards,
Emerson
