Can’t connect google nest camera (wired)

Changed modem and WiFi password changed. I’ve tried connecting and can’t get it to connect on both home and nest apps. I had them with adt and no longer have service with ADT. Is this why?

I don't know how having ADT affects things.

Normally, Google Nest does not make it easy to update Wi-Fi settings for its devices. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. That's what we did a couple of years ago, and we didn't have to update any of our Google Nest devices.

If you can't do that, then the general process is to remove the Google Nest device(s) from either the Google Nest app or Google Home app (as appropriate) while on your old Wi-Fi network if possible, do a factory reset, and then reinstall the device(s) in either the Google Nest app or Google Home app (as appropriate).

Here are "Restart" and "Factory reset" instructions:

I did all these still doesn't work. I didn't get blinking blue light instead I get green light. But can't connect using Home App

If you're getting a green status light, that probably means the factory reset didn't occur. Maybe the reset button wasn't depressed long enough.

You also want to make sure you're reinstalling in the app (Google Nest app vs. Google Home app) that is appropriate for your camera.
