For the last year, I had a Nest Doorbell (Battery) that worked absolutely fine with my Google Nest Hub. However, it fell and broke down a week ago so I ordered a new Nest Doorbell (Battery), and here’s where the problems start.
I can’t connect my new Nest Doorbell (Battery) to WiFi. I’ve tried every step on the Nest Community forums, and non of them work. More specifically, I get the following errors: 0.80 or 0.65 after trying to connect to my wifi network when setting up the device.
The Google Nest Hub connects perfectly fine. I’ve tried factory resetting everything, from my Google Home app to my router (model ZYXEL T-56), and nothing helps. I also tried setting up two separate wifi signals (2.4 and 5ghz) on my router, and connecting it to my 2.4 ghz network doesn't work. I've tried connecting it with my wife's phone, didn't work either.
I’ve even ordered a new Google Nest Doorbell in the hope that it was a product failure, but the new Nest Doorbell ordered from the Official Google Store also gives the exact same errors.
Please, if anyone can assist, I would be more than thankful.

I've never seen "0.80 or 0.65" errors mentioned in this forum.

Thank you! I figured out how to fix it:
1. disable my router
2. connect to my phone hotspot with exact the same SSID (Router WiFi name) and Password
3. run through full installation of doorbell
4. disconnect my phone hotspot
5. enable my router again
6. success!
