Hello, we have 4 Nest Outdoor Cameras. We have always been able to save clips, send clips, etc. We mostly view the cameras on our iphones.
Now we cannot save anything. When trying to save clips, this message appears.
" Can't create this clip" "You can only have 3 hours of clips. You need to delete some clips before you create new ones."
Where can I manage my clips when I log into the computer on Nest.com?
