Trying to do initial setup of doorbell battery. First try partial success with a firmware update. I received the message “something went wrong" . The installation stops where the app is preparing the device. Could you please help? Thanks Nicole

Sorry to hear about that @Nbreuch - I'm not sure if this will work, but are you able to do a factory reset of the nest doorbell battery through the Google Home app?

Thanks, For some reason, I cannot find a reset on the app. I reset the bell before. Does it make sense to mount the unit and try then again? Thanks.
