Can’t login to my Nest App

I can’t login to my Nest App to check my cameras, I am currently out of the country and it won’t let me log into check cameras, I reset my password and i still can’t login.

don't recognize my password or email even after changing password.

It says I have the maximum number of homes. I’ve never added, nor am I now trying to add a home. I just want to log in to the Neat app I’ve been using for ten years
