Can’t reconnect camera to google home

I have a google nest camera (wired 2nd generation) that I had connected to my google home app.   I moved and didn’t think Id need it so I deleted it from my app.   Now I’d like to add it back but it won’t allow me.  It takes me through all the steps and then it gives me an error message and asks me to try again.

any suggestions?

Below is the Google Nest Help page on changing Wi-Fi settings for cameras.

When you removed your camera from the Google Home app while still on your old Wi-Fi network, do you know if it did the automatic factory reset? If not, you'll supposedly need to factory reset it manually; there's a link for that in the Help topic:
