Many post, no answer, I can’t connect to 1st generation nest doorbell camera (Bluetooth error) powerless on camera is on and can’t factory reset (openend and use pin and button) zero effect, device is useless now?
I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. Would you mind explaining further what troubleshooting steps you have taken with your doorbell? Also, is this in regard to the Nest Doorbell 1st Gen previously known as Nest Hello? Please let me know.
