Are you reinstalling your Google Nest Outdoor Camera in the Google Nest app? If so, did you first remove the camera from the Google Nest app while it was still online (on your old Wi-Fi network, if you are changing Wi-Fi networks), since that's the only way to factory reset the camera?

I am not re-installing the camera because I have not been able to install it at all.   This ia a brand new camera which I just took out of the box on Saturday.  I am using the Nest App.  But I can't remove the camera from the Nest App because it is not on the app.   In the installation process I get as far as putting in my WiFi Password and then I get the C107 error message,  My bluetooth is on.  The camera has never been online because I have not been able to set it up.   I am not changing my WiFi network.

Sorry. I was assuming it might be a re-install because Google Nest has not made or sold the Google Nest Outdoor Camera since Sept. 2021. (I know, because that month we had to buy a Google Nest Battery Camera instead, because the Google Nest Outdoor Camera was no longer available, and discovered it could only be installed in the Google Home app.)

You could try the troubleshooting steps described in this Google Nest Help topic:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9240048

It may not help, but you could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app.

If you cannot get it to work, you could try contacting Support.  Perhaps (this is just a guess), there is something incompatible between the current version of the Google Nest app and the firmware that is on your Google Nest Outdoor Camera, which has been sitting on a shelf somewhere for at least 2-1/2 years.

To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Thank you so much for your kindness in trying to assist me.  It is much appreciated.  I've tried everything to try to correct the problem.  I think you might be correct that the camera is not compatible with the next app.   I have installed two nest door bell cameras at home; a doorbell camera for a family member; numerous other brands of cameras.. all with no problems.   I am going to return the camera to Amazon.  Again, thanks for all your help.

If the camera you have is actually a Google Nest Battery Camera, then it gets installed in the Google Home app.

I just shipped the wired camera back to Amazon.   I had tried setting it up on the  Google Home App when I couldn't do it on the nest app..... but it just bounced me back to the nest app.   In any event,  I am going to order a battery operated one that can be installed on the Home App.

I ended up returning the wired outdoor camera to Amazon.   As someone suggested, it probably wasn't compatible with the upgraded Nest App.  I tried everything but could not install it.    I ended up purchasing a battery operated outdoor camera.  Had no problems installing it on the Google Home App.
