I got my new nest cameras working on the Google Home app on my iPhone, but I was unable to get it to work on the new Google Home hub, and I also can’t get it to work on my iPad either.
Neither cameras show, even though I’m signed in to my Google account, and it just looks like it’s waiting for cameras to be added and installed, while there installed and working and showing up in the Google Home app on my iPhone.
I’m returning the Google Home job device because its just too frustrating to get it to work, but I would like to get it to work on my iPad.
I would like to figure out how to get this to work without sitting on the phone with someone to do it.
Suggestions? I’ve followed the directions in the documents online, but that hasn’t helped at all.

If you're signed into the Google Home app using the same Google account on both your iPhone and iPad, but are not seeing your cameras on your iPad, one possible reason is that you are connecting to one Google Nest "home/structure" on your iPhone and a different Google Nest "home/structure" on your iPad.
With the latest update to the Google Home app, the name of the "home/structure" to which you are connected now displays after the word "Ask" in the search bar at the top of the initial screen in the Google Home app. That seems like strange behavior, but that's how it is right not.

If you're connected to the exact same Google Nest "home/structure" on both devices, then I don't know why you see your cameras on only one. You could try contacting Support.
To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
