When I go to my floodlight camera in the google home app and select settings there is an error that says, "Requested entity was not found." with an upside-down ice cream cone above it. I factory reset the camera and then added it to the home app but now there are two listed and I cannot remove the old one. When I try to go to the settings to remove the old camera I get the same error, "The requested entity was not found."

Can you try reinstalling the Google Home app? Possibly clearing cache will help. Can you move the "broken" one to a another room just to get it out of view?

Hi @JillG
I can't move the camera to another room if I can't get into the settings.
Have tried reinstalling the google home app but this didn't work. I also have the app on other devices and the same error occurs.
I called techs support, and they were of no help. Just said there was a known outage starting on July 18 and that my issue would be resolved with the patch. Since there have been posts that the outage was resolved but it has not been resolved for me.
See this thread also. FalconMan has the same exact issue Re: Outdoor camera with floodlight - Google Nest Community

@AnonymousHandle . thanks for that reply and updated info.
I'm going to escalate this over to a Community Specialist (same as the linked post you have above) for a look. Seems you may be having a different issue from that outage and this looks like a different bug.
Escalating your post right now...

The specialist responded and they believe an update should be out at some point to fix this.
I wasn't given any type of timeline though.
