I have a nest cam outdoor. when I recently changed my wifi network I removed the camera via the google home app. I am now not able to readd the camera from either the google home app or the nest app. When I scan the QR code and follow the setup in the nest app I get a C101 error. When I try and add the camera from the google home app, the app doesnt find the camera and goes in a loop looking for other products. I have power cycled the nest camera and it has a pulsing blue light on the front of the camera.
How can I readd my camera to my google home account?

Did you remove your Google Nest Outdoor Camera from the Google Nest app (which is where the Google Nest Outdoor Camera is installed) while you were still connected to your previous Wi-Fi network? If not, the removal probably did not factory reset the camera because it could no longer communicate with it, in which case you may need to wait up to 60 days until your Nest Aware video history expires:

I think this would also be true if you had previously "transferred" your Google Nest Outdoor Camera from the Google Nest app to the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, and then removed your "transferred" camera from the Google Home app after you were no longer connected to your old Wi-Fi network.
If, on the other hand, you actually have a 2nd gen Google Nest Indoor/Outdoor Battery Camera, which is installed in the Google Home app, and you removed your camera from the Google Home app after you were no longer connected to your old Wi-Fi network, you may need to perform a manual factory reset:
