Cannot get video history from 2 cameras.

I am a new (2 weeks) Nest Aware Plus Subscriber. I can not get any video history from the 2 cameras I previously did not have video history subscriptions for. Who can I call or how do I fix this?

Hi Jenk,  It sound like your NEST AWARE is not activated.  You can check it like this...

Go into the GOOGLE HOME app at the very top level (where you see all your devices).  Click on the Settings (Circle with the gear icon). There you will see under 'features' NEST AWARE.  Click that and see what it says.

(keep in mind your old recordings will not be there after you active NEST AWARE.  Only new stuff will be recorded)
