I have tried numerous times to set up a new nest camera. I have 4 cameras already working. As I go through the process, I get stuck when it tries to connect to the WIFI. I get the response "Couldn't connect to WIFI". I have reset my wifi multiple times, but still no luck.

We’re sorry to hear that. We appreciate your efforts here. Let’s sort this out. What’s the status light of your Nest camera? How far is your camera from the router? What type of camera is in question? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, what WiFi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?

Hi. Thank you for the information. I have tried these steps without luck. I will try again tonight. Any other suggestions if this does not work again?
