Changed wifi name/password, now cannot connect my cameras

i have (4) nest battery powered cameras (i use two outdoors and two indoors). i just changed my wifi network name and password so i followed the instructions to remove my devices from google home (done), do a factory reset on the devices (done), plug them in and connect them as if they are new. it fails every time. i saved the QR codes and which device they belong to, i tried setting up a new "home", nothing works.

Do you get an error code or message in the Google Home app?

What colour is the light on the cameras?

Is your phone, the camera, and your router or Wifi point close together (a few metres) during the setup?

Did you try turning off your modem, router, and Wifi points if you have them, leave them off for 30 seconds, then turn them back on in sequence starting with your modem?
