I’m sorry to hear that your Nest Camera video clips aren’t playing back since they remain indefinitely loading, and I understand how concerning it can be since your live stream is working fine. I appreciate you sharing that you’ve already checked your internet connection and updated both your mobile device and the Google Home app. No worries, I’ll be happy to assist you. Here are some questions for you:

- Do you have an active Google Home Premium subscription?
- Does the issue persist when you try to view the history on a different mobile device or tablet?
- How far is the camera located from your Wi-Fi router?
In the meantime I recommend you check if you’re able to play the clips of the video history of your camera in the Google Home for Web.
