Brad from @User123456 replied and I filled out a form. After this I would get a case number? I haven’t received a mail with that since. Also not in my junk mail folder.

Thanks Brad. Normally there is a confirmation mail but not now. So I was a little afraid.

I am terribly sorry for the delay from Support! They may be backlogged, so that could be why. But please wait for a response from them, and they will look into this issue with you. So sorry that your doorbell is peeling! I am sure that is quite frustrating. I appreciate your patience while waiting for a response, and in the meantime as to keep this thread organized, with all Replacement requests we lock the thread to keep the issue directed to the OP(original poster).
