Brad from @User123456 replied and I filled out a form. After this I would get a case number? I haven’t received a mail with that since. Also not in my junk mail folder. 

have you received my filled out form?

Thanks Brad. Normally there is a confirmation mail but not now. So I was a little afraid.

Support will reach out to you, there is a backlog and I am afraid there is no way around that. I do not process the requests, it is all handled by Support. Please wait for a response about your case. I am terribly sorry for the delay from Support! They may be backlogged, so that could be why. But please wait for a response from them, and they will look into this issue with you. So sorry that your doorbell is peeling! I am sure that is quite frustrating. I appreciate your patience while waiting for a response, and in the meantime as to keep this thread organized, with all Replacement requests we lock the thread to keep the issue directed to the OP(original poster). If you need assistance with a different issue, please feel free to create a thread.
