Community WiFi connected Cctv

We have a local neighbourhood community here in Malaysia with each home having it on Wi-Fi network. We would like to buy inexpensive external CCTV cameras and position them in various strategic yards and have them connect individually to that house is Wi-Fi. We need a system that will allow all these individual camera and Wi-Fi data components to be aggregated and displayed in one place on hand phones. Does Google Chrome or another Google product Or a different product offer this capability?

I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. These devices are not able to be used by anyone besides the Google account they are being added too. Not sure if these products would work for what you need. You are welcome to check out their specs on our Store.
