Hi, i wanted to follow up on my battery nest cam outdoors. after Brad was very kind and patient trying to solve my connection issue for several weeks, i was able to resolve the issue by exchanging the router that xfinity was providing.
we had upgraded the xfinity router less than a year ago, so i assumed it couldnt be the router causing the problem but it seems that xfinity had many issues with the upgraded router they put out a year or 2 ago. All problems cleared up instantly with all my Google devices.
