I'm having issues connecting to a new Wi-Fi booster and am having problems reconnecting to the camera.
I have disconnected the camera and removed it from the app. I was hoping to reinstall it to get things running again. The connection fails every time. I've noticed that the light is green, not blue as the instruction describes. I think I'm missing a step. Any suggestion?

Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi settings for its cameras and doorbells. That's why their first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem:

If you can't that, on some older 1st gen cameras, you can change the Wi-Fi in the Google Nest app:
I think you may need to be on your old Wi-Fi network in order to do this.
If you can't do that, then you have to perform a factory reset on your camera. If you have a 1st gen Google Nest Indoor Camera, the only way you can do that is to remove your camera from the Google Nest app while you are still on the old Wi-Fi network:
If you can't do that, you might need to wait until the video history on your camera expires, which can take up to 60 days:
