Connection problems

I installed my new Nest Doorbell battery to replace my existing doorbell yesterday.  It was working fine then but couldn't get a live video this morning.  I've tried everything including removing it from my home network but now I can't find it to get it back into my home network.  I've tried resetting it, haven't done a factory reset.  It is wiored and installed and the doorbell works.  any ideas?
