Continuous live view on nest camera/doorbell

My continuous viewing of my nest camera/doorbell went away today. I was previously subscribed to Nest Aware which I guess is not Google Home Premium. I subscribed to the GOOGLE home premium but it doesn’t show me video from all hours. Some hours are blacked out with “no events” label showing. I used to be able to view all video, all day. What happened?

If your internet went in/out there will be black bands in the timeline.  That happens to me from time to time.

Before the rename to Google Home Premium, we had to have a "Nest Aware Plus" subscription (now renamed to Google Home Premium Advanced) in order to get 24/7 recording. With a "Nest Aware" subscription (now renamed to Google Home Premium Standard), we only got EVENT video recording for detected events.
