Could not reinstall my dropcam

After unsuccessfully trying to reconnect my Dropcams with my iPhone, I tried with my computer as mentioned on the apps.

I did use the original USB cable to plug my camera directly into a USB port on my computer. The light on the front of the camera glows red following a jingle and after a moment the light begins to blink red.

The famous pop up on my computer with Nest Cam or Dropcam setup icon never appeared and, except for a short beep from the DropCam every 2 minutes, there is absolutely no actions or prompt.

How can I reactivate my DropCams on Nest or Google Home.

Had to change my router and could not set the new wifi net and psw for both cameras...

Same problem here in trying to reconnect Dropcam Pro after a period of no use. Any way to get assistance?

I have the same issue.   I need to reinstall the drop cam but cannot find an up to date version of the setup program for Mac.  My dropcam (not drop cam pro) has a scan code that is not recognized by the iPhone.  I plugged the camera into my Mac but received a message that states the setup program is out of date and the developer needs to revise the program

there was an old thread covering this, but the thread was locked without providing a response.   

How do I install on my new Mac?

Factory Reset your camera and try again. Make sure it is connected to a strong wifi connection. If that doesn't work, then I suggest you reach out to support. I am no mac expert whatsoever, but the dropcam is an outdated cam, so it could just be the hardware/firmware is no longer compatible with your mac.

Brad, alteady performed thebaet up many times…. By the way i am no using mac. How do i access support team ? Is there any specific team dedicated to Brazil/Latin America ? Rgds.
