Could you tell me why one camera is showing black and white and the other cameras is in color?

Hey there Diann Mannie,
I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I can understand how confusing this might be to have one camera in color and the other in black and white. No need to worry as I'm happy to help.

A possible case that the night vision on that camera might've switched on accidentally. Here are the steps on how to check the night vision settings:
  1. Select the camera you want on the Nest app home screen.
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Select Night Vision.
  4. Toggle the switched to Off.
Let us know how it goes.
