Hi there,
have had the doorbell battery version happily installed correctly for a number of months. The doorbell came off the mount and cracked the lens which s pretty disappointing. How do I go about having the lens replaced?
This is obviously a design flaw, and I would like to have it resolved without having to but a whole new unit?
If you could let me know that would be great! Has worked perfectly and provided peace of mind up until now.
