I recently had my Nest Doorbell installed. Love the service. My exterminator came to my home for an appointment, rang the doorbell and it fell off the wall. The camera lens cracked. How do I get a replacement lens. It seems like the unit falling off the wall is a common problem. Maybe a cup or clasp needs to be added to secure the unit. I love my product, just can’t see anything.

You could try contacting Support about a replacement doorbell; I've seen other posts from customers whose battery doorbell fell off of its mount.
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
