Pretty disappointing customer service today after I used the chat and called. I was looking to return a set of cameras that I never used and still have them in the original packaging. The first call I got hanged up on after they transferred the call. The second call the rep. kept claiming how easy it was to install the cameras. I’m glad he knew the layout of my home. And if it was so easy I wouldn’t be needing an electrician to install them since my home is not properly wired which is why I haven’t installed them yet. Very very disappointing talk about going above and beyond for your customers
