Pity the poor people that didn't have all their older dropcam pro cameras turned on in the month prior to the 4/7/23 announcement. Apparently, you were supposed to have seen something somewhere or just be clairvoyant to know that support was going to end for the old cameras. You are suppose to be able to upgrade up to two cameras. I have two. One was on. the other I only use while traveling. Alas, after an hour of support calls and chats, Google refuses to upgrade both. Just one. Sorry. A rather poor decision it seems to me especially for long-standing Google users, Home, etc.
