Danger! Burned by Nest Doorbell !

My nest doorbell  heated up to 160° Fahrenheit and burned me when I tried to touch it.  According to google human skin can be destroyed at 162°!  I sent a picture to google and they said that was normal and they would not replace it:  here is a picture and googles response:

Same thing happened to me randomly on Saturday July 20th at noon device shut off due to overheating and has now burnt out.
