Deleted camera, wanted to add back, receiving C101 error, but camera no longer shows on the app.

I changed internet and decided to delete one camera to see if I could re-add it with the new router and password. It removed from app, but now when I try to add it back I get a C101 error. In order to clear C101 error, it tells me to clear it in the app. Don't see it so I can't clear it. It also suggests a reboot using the serial number. Can't see the serial number since you would see it in the app. I'm going in circles. Looking for assistance.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not make it easy to change Wi-Fi networks.

C101 indicates the camera is still attached to another account (yours, on your old Wi-Fi). If you removed your camera from the Google Home app after you were on your new Wi-Fi, the removal action couldn't also perform an automatic factory reset because it couldn't communicate with the camera.

You'll probably need to perform a factory reset manually.   See this Help topic; the factory reset instructions are after the restart instructions:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162

Then try reinstalling it.

I tried factory reset, but the lights never turn yellow. Is there any other way to get around the C101 error or have the camera show in Google home so that I can add it back and change my internet provider?

Unfortunately, I think your only alternative is to keep trying the factory reset until it works. In the few times I've had to perform a factory reset on one of our cameras, I've had to try it several times, for longer than the specified 12 seconds, before it finally worked. Perhaps it's because the paper clip I was using wasn't actually depressing the reset button for the required amount of time.

I was unable to get the camera to do a manual factory reset. Bought a new device and it will not connect to the internet. My two other camera's work fine. The new one finds the correct internet, but never connects. The troubleshooting help that comes up refers to Chromecast or Google TV Streamer. Neither are my internet provider. I have restarted my router three times. I have the camera within three feet of the Wi-Fi router. The camera is blinking blue.
