- Are both you and your wife using the Google Home app or the Nest app on your respective mobile devices?
- In the Google Home app, have you both enabled the "Use phone location" setting under Settings > Presence sensing?
- Are you seeing any specific messages or status changes (like the home staying in "Away" mode even when you're there) in the app?
