Device offline because of battery issue

My camera have a battery issue

If you want assistance from others in this community forum, could you share some specifics? Is your battery camera plugged in with the optional power cable (as ours has been for over 3 years with no issues) or running on battery power? If plugged in, does Settings | Battery show "Plugged in" with an infinity symbol? If running on battery power, have you been unable to charge your battery, with the charging cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? Are you experiencing cold weather?
