Hello. I have had my two. outdoor nest cameras for 45 days with no issues. One was giving me a problem. I did a factory reset. I remounted it and I receive the "device unmounted " message and "camera off". It will not allow me to turn the camera back on from my app. It's also recording video, I just cant see live video. The camera works as I tried it on the other wall mount, and not issues. I'm thinking I need a new wall mount. Is this covered under the warranty? If so, how do I process a claim? Any other ideas? Thank you
